Welcome to the 2025 NIBA Convention Exhibition Manual

​The National Insurance Brokers Association of Australia (NIBA) is pleased to be bringing the 2025 NIBA Convention to the Gold Coast on 19 to 21 October at the RACV Royal Pines at the Gold Coast.   

The Exhibition Manual has been setup as an online site to provide easier access to information and downloadable requirements. All the information you require to setup your exhibition space, hire furniture & AV, deliver materials & book freight can all be found on this site.

 

Please ensure you complete the 5 Step Exhibition Checklist below to finalise your involvement ahead of the 2025 NIBA Convention.

Exhibition Checklist

1. Complete the Exhibitor Onboarding Form

Complete your Exhibitor Onboarding Form here.

  • Exhibitor Contact Details

  • Your Company Logo & Profile

  • Giveaways

  • Your Public Liability Insurance: Certificate of Currency

Due: Friday 15 August 2025

Read through the online Exhibition Manual carefully for important information prior to completing Step 2:

 

  • Venue (Restrictions, Services, Parking)

  • Exhibition (Hours, Floorplan, Access, Booth Type & Inclusions)

  • Freight & Storage (Book Freight, Download Delivery Label)

3. Complete the Venue Contractor & Exhibitor Document

Read through the Venue Contractor & Exhibitor Document, signing and returning Page 14 to nibaconvention@tpmevents.com.au

4. Register Your Team

Register the team who will be attending 2025 NIBA Convention: 

  • If you have registration entitlements included in your sponsorship package, please register them using the link and code provided to you via email

  • For a copy of the registration information, please email nibaconvention@tpmevents.com.au

Registration deadline: Friday 19 September

5. Submit your Booth panel Artwork

A member of the Expo Event Services team (our 2025 contracted builder) will be in touch with each exhibitor directly to work with you on the finer requirements for each Booth or Pod. 

 

Your exhibition Booth or Pod, this year includes a printed back panel wall. You will be required to complete the Artwork Requirements Form provided by Expo Event Services, the form can be viewed here:

  • Provide your print ready artwork file/s

  • Confirm your details for the Fascia sign
